Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you're not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must include all appropriate parts and components.

The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

The product must appear to have been handled normally and not show signs of misuse or mishandling.

Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

If the product was found defective upon delivery, it may be returned immediately.
We reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from your refund and to reject returns if the product appears used or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

We will reply with the return address.
Important: Never send your return to the sender's address — we will provide the correct address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. If all conditions are met, your return will be approved within this timeframe.
Cancellations
Right of Cancellation (Reconsideration Period)
You have the right to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. This right applies only if you are a private consumer purchasing for non-commercial purposes.
Due to our fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. For this reason, we cannot stop the shipment process once it begins, and refunds will not be possible once the goods are in transit. You may still return the item once received.
To cancel an order, please send a clear written request to info@nueandnoir.com.
Cancellations are considered valid only once the goods are returned to us.
Important:
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait for the delivery and then request a return. You may inform us in advance if you intend to cancel.
To help expedite the return, we recommend that you send us a shipping confirmation when you return the goods.
Refunds After Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding any shipping fees, within 14 days of receiving the returned items and your cancellation notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
