How long does shipping take?
From purchase to arrival, delivery generally falls within 5–9 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada is free of charge.
What if my order hasn't arrived yet?
- Allow up to 3 extra days (Monday–Friday) beyond the estimated delivery period.
- If your order has not arrived after this period, contact info@nueandnoir.com so we can investigate and assist.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. Items should be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this 30-day period cannot be accepted.
What are the return steps?

- Wait for approval before sending the item.
- Follow the instructions provided for packaging and return address.
- Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and completed within 7 days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@nueandnoir.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. Once processing starts, cancellation cannot be accommodated.
